The idea

The Idea
Behind It.

The problem

A namkeen brand sells across India on WhatsApp and through resellers, and gets none of the customer data. Orders are typed by hand, and a festival rush breaks the process.

This design study puts collections, gift boxes, subscriptions and a two-minute UPI checkout on one storefront, with an orders screen the packing team runs from a phone. Stock, courier tracking and GST invoices sit behind it. Built as a study to show the structure we propose to D2C brands before the first call.

  • Collection, product and gift-box pages with festival offers
  • UPI and card checkout with saved addresses and order tracking
  • Orders, stock and courier flow for the packing team
