Contracts, NDA and IP
You own
what you pay for.
A mutual NDA is available before the first call. The written scope carries the ownership clause: code, designs, documentation and accounts pass to you as each stage is paid, and the handover puts everything in your own repositories and accounts.

Invoicing and payment

Quotes are fixed-scope, with stages, prices and dates. Invoices go out by milestone in USD, GBP, EUR, AED or INR, and you pay by bank transfer, Wise or Stripe. Dedicated teams run on a monthly retainer with the same weekly reporting.

How do time zones work with a team in India?
The office runs 10:30 am – 7:30 pm IST, Monday to Saturday. That overlaps the UAE, Singapore and Australia for most of the day, the UK and Europe every afternoon, and the US East Coast every morning. We fix your call window in the scope and keep it.
Which currencies can you invoice in?
USD, GBP, EUR, AED or INR. Invoices go out by stage, and you pay by bank transfer, Wise or Stripe. The quote states the currency, the stages and the payment terms before any work starts.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. Code, designs, documentation and accounts pass to you as each stage is paid, and the handover at launch puts everything in your own repositories and accounts. A mutual NDA is available before the first call.
How do we stay in touch during the build?

Can you handle the finance side for an overseas business?
Yes, for the work that does not depend on local licensing. Our newly launched finance practice of Chartered Accountants and IIM Kozhikode alumni builds financial models, prepares fundraising material and implements fintech and ERP systems for clients in every market we serve.
