Design Study.
Orders, stock and approvals for a distributor, minus the spreadsheet.
One view of what needs attention today, and who has to act.

The idea
The Idea
Behind It.
The problem
A building-materials distributor tracks orders in one sheet, godown stock in another and pending approvals in WhatsApp. The owner learns about a shortfall when a truck is already loading.
This design study brings orders, stock across godowns, pending approvals and dispatch into one operations screen, with each person seeing only their queue. Management reporting comes from the same data, so month-end is a button, not a weekend. Built as a study to show what we propose before an ERP rollout begins.
- Orders, stock movement and dispatch in one queue
- Approval workflows with role-based access
- Management reporting from the same data
